Terms of Service
The service
Emergeo measures how AI answer engines respond to buyer questions relevant to your business, publishes content to a blog subdomain you designate, and reports the results. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
No guaranteed outcomes
AI engines are operated by third parties and change constantly. We do not — and no honest vendor can — guarantee that any engine will mention, recommend, or cite your business. What we deliver is the work and the measurement: real engine answers, recorded and reported.
Billing and cancellation
- Month-to-month. No contract, no minimum term.
- Cancel anytime; your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
- Question-pack add-ons can be added or dropped monthly.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have authority over the domain you connect, and that facts you provide about your business are accurate. We publish only from facts you supply or approve — accurate inputs are on you; stating them clearly is on us.
Access
We never ask for your website or registrar passwords. Domain connection happens through your DNS provider's own authorization flow, a scoped API token you can revoke, or a record you add yourself.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
